橡塑保溫材料在上世紀70年代末在國外一些發(fā)達就已經(jīng)開(kāi)始了用到了建筑方面,強制建筑業(yè)在新建建筑中執行標準使用橡塑保溫材料,橡塑保溫材料在發(fā)達的應用及對建筑的重視并采取的一些行之有效措施,這些取得了巨大的成效,建筑能耗大幅度下降。如丹麥使用了橡塑保溫材料后, 1985年比1972年采暖面積增加了30%,但采暖能耗卻減少了318萬(wàn)噸標準煤,由此可見(jiàn),國外的建筑法規30多年來(lái)取得了顯著(zhù)的社會(huì )效益和經(jīng)濟效益。

橡塑保溫材料與制品、法規的頒布執行是影響建筑的影響因素, 涉及一個(gè)龐大的產(chǎn)業(yè)群體.建筑橡塑保溫材料的研制與應用越來(lái)越受到世界各國的普遍重視,新型橡塑保溫材料正在不斷地涌現。從建筑橡塑保溫材料的材質(zhì)和品種上看,國內外對以聚苯乙烯為主要原料的橡塑保溫材料研究相對廣泛,但絕大部分都是在板材領(lǐng)域,如聚苯板、鋼絲網(wǎng)架夾芯復合內外墻板、金屬復合夾芯板等。雖然聚苯板作為橡塑保溫材料在使用中具有良好的保溫效果,但由于板材的特點(diǎn)使得聚苯板在施工中與主體聯(lián)接時(shí)是以點(diǎn)固定為主、面固定為輔,板材之間要進(jìn)行必要拼接、黏結,不適應外形較復雜建筑物的保溫,施工工藝較復雜、綜合成本高。同時(shí),由于聚苯板的憎水性與常規的親水性材料不適應,導致其面層以外的后續施工質(zhì)量不易保證,容易出現面層砂漿開(kāi)裂、脫落、空鼓等質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,對建筑物的外裝飾如面磚、涂料的使用或施工構成了很大的制約。不定形的漿體橡塑保溫材料可以克服板材類(lèi)的這些不足,因此它構成了建筑保溫隔熱材料的重要組成部分。歐美等發(fā)達在漿體橡塑保溫材料的研究與應用方面起步較早,技術(shù)較為成熟,在研究和應用上已卓有成效。

However, the vast majority of them are in the field of sheet metal, such as polystyrene board, steel wire mesh sandwich composite inner and outer wall panels, metal composite sandwich panels, etc. Although polystyrene board has good insulation effect as a rubber insulation material in use, due to the characteristics of the board, it is mainly connected to the main body with point fixation and surface fixation as auxiliary during construction. Necessary splicing and bonding between the boards are necessary, which is not suitable for insulation of complex buildings. The construction process is complex and the overall cost is high. Meanwhile, due to the incompatibility between the hydrophobicity of polystyrene board and conventional hydrophilic materials, it is difficult to ensure the quality of subsequent construction beyond its surface layer, which can easily lead to quality problems such as cracking, peeling, and hollowing of the surface layer mortar. This poses a significant constraint on the use or construction of external decorations such as tiles and coatings in buildings. Unshaped slurry rubber insulation materials can overcome these shortcomings of sheet materials, making them an important component of building insulation materials. Developed countries such as Europe and America started early in the research and application of slurry rubber insulation materials, and their technology is relatively mature. They have achieved remarkable results in research and application.
